NRSHD is the expression of the creative anomaly that is me. Nourishment to me is so much more than the food that I eat. Yes, I’m a foodie that is passionate about plant-based food and quality ingredients, but I also love fashion and I am a hopeless romantic when it comes to travel and culture. I am trained as a raw food chef and instructor, but over the years I’ve embraced a more plant-based, real food diet that is always dairy-free, 99% of the time gluten-free and includes well sourced animal products. I’m a life long athlete and I’m always down to try a new workout, but most days you’ll find me at spin, barre, pilates or yoga, sprinkled in with the occasional Kayla Itsines workout. Ultimately, I try to live in a mindful and generative way, investing in quality food, experiences, products, and business’s that foster a more sustainable and collaborative world.
NRSHD is about embracing wellness for the journey that it is, celebrating where we are today and creating the future that we want to see tomorrow. It’s about recognizing that everybody’s body is different and nourishment may look different from one person to the next and that that is ok. At the end of the day it is about what works for you and what enables you to show up as your most authentic self.
